ラーメン素人スタッフRです(※素人が故、味の分析とかよくわからないです😅直感的に◎か×かのポリシーでいきたいと思ってます)
This is Staff R, a ramen amateur (*I'm an amateur, so I don't really know how to analyze the taste 😅I'm going to follow my intuitive “◎ or ×” policy).
今日お伺いしたのは最寄りが神田or小川町or淡路町or新御茶ノ水駅ってところですかね

活気ある店内、絶妙な換気具合に立ち込める白煙とお客様の高揚感が無理強いにもココロオドロカせてくれます
The restaurant is lively, the ventilation is perfect, and the white smoke and the exuberance of the customers make me feel excited, even if it's a bit much to ask for!

My order was the “Wild Woman Fish Soy Sauce Ramen”!
山に住んでる女が囲う魚のラーメンって、喰らった瞬間生け簀にドボンでしょ！！
って感じで食してみたら...
