ラーメン素人スタッフRです(※素人が故、味の分析とかよくわからないです😅直感的に◎か×かのポリシーでいきたいと思ってます)
I'm staff R, a ramen amateur (*I'm an amateur, so I don't really know how to analyze the taste 😅I'd like to follow my intuitive ◎ or × policy).
Just the other day, a very famous noodle maker, Master Karasu of Asakusa Kaikaro (→you are not his disciple or anything) tweeted about it on X, so I immediately lifted my 5-ton class heavy back!

It takes about 5 minutes from Yushima or Ochanomizu station by fast walking.

私、何度も申し上げておりますが、馬鹿舌、兼味覚をどっかに忘れてきた人間ですけど
とにかく最＆高でした

I don't mean to sound like an expert, but for me, who gets sick to my stomach all day long when I eat hard-boiled noodles, these were the best noodles I've ever had,
